Old Ellesmerians Autumn Dinner & Drinks

The Ellesmerian Club​ were out in force this month! The Northern Dinner returned to the recently refurbished Stanneylands​ Hotel in Wilmslow where 45 OEs and partners had a lovely evening with excellent food and company!

This was closely followed by our termly City Drinks at the The Antelope​ in London. There were over 40 OE's of all ages and a fabulous evening was enjoyed by all!

City Drinks is an informal gathering designed for the whole Ellesmere community, whether OEs or parents, past or present. Held each term at The Antelope, Eaton Terrace, nestling amongst the grand houses of Belgravia, this charming pub provides a great setting.

Thank you to all who came along and special thanks go to Ellesmere College Headmaster, Brendan Wignall, Head Boy and Head Girl - Barney Hill and Kimberley Ong - for leading the speeches at The Stanneylands, and to Col. Martin Clewlow and Asst. Head Stephen Mullock for their entertaining speeches at the Antelope!
