Booking
Where indicated, camps that are shown as a course (NPLQ, Camp Enchanted and Bugsy Malone) must be booked for the whole duration of the course.
Please ensure you tick the correct box on the booking form, as changes to bookings and refunds cannot be made after payment is made.
Non-attendance of a booked and paid-for course will result in the loss of the total fee paid.

Joining Instructions
Full joining instructions will be sent by email prior to the start of the course.
Safety and Behaviour
Regulations made for the safety and comfort of camp attendees must be observed. Ellesmere College reserves the right to send anyone home who demonstrates unreasonable behaviour.
Personal Loss or Injury
Ellesmere College cannot accept responsibility for any personal loss or injury sustained by participants.
Cancellations
Ellesmere College reserves the right to cancel any camp before the start date if numbers enrolled have not reached the minimum requirement. A complete refund of the fee will be given, or an alternative course offered at a later date.
Refunds
Refunds will only be offered in extreme circumstances.
Meals and Refreshments
Bring a packed lunch and snacks as necessary to last them through the day. Please make us aware if your child has any special dietary requirements or allergies. Water fountains are available but we also advise children to bring a water bottle.
