Ellesmere College offers a range of boarding accommodation suitable for both small and large groups. Options include single and twin rooms, with many featuring en-suite facilities, while a small number have shared bathrooms. All accommodation is conveniently located within a short walk of the main building and sports centres. Our team will be happy to advise on the most suitable accommodation to meet the needs of your event.

Our fabulous grand hall can be adapted for many uses from a formal dinner for 200 to a high quality concert venue or a banquet meal. The hall can comfortably seat 300 guests theatre style and has a stage area. The room is complemented by having five classrooms attached to it and Ante School is perfect for pre-dinner drinks or as a simple rendezvous point.

The versatility of this space can be used for many style of events. We are happy to accomodate to your needs.

This large room features beautiful wooden details, while expansive windows allow natural light to flood the space. It can comfortably seat over 250 guests on round tables, leaving room for a dance floor, or accommodate more than 300 guests on rectangular tables.

The room offers flexibility to suit a wide range of event layouts and requirements.

To enhance this already impressive space, a ceiling lining can be added to create a striking marquee effect. The equally impressive Ante Chapel, located just outside the dining hall, is ideal for pre-dining receptions, canapés, and drinks.

This beautiful space can seat up to 450 people. Large windows flood the room with natural light, creating a bright and uplifting atmosphere. As you enter, a stunning organ takes pride of place on a balcony at one end of the room, while pews line each side. With its exceptional acoustics, this light and airy venue is ideal for weddings for people with links to Ellesmere and choir performances.

This stunning outdoor space is located just outside the main building, with Ellesmere College providing a beautiful backdrop. Turning in the opposite direction, guests can enjoy views across the cricket squares. During the summer months, a marquee can be added to provide shade and comfort. This versatile area makes an ideal setting for a summer evening reception.

Lower School is a standalone building located approximately 100 yards from the main College building and benefits from its own spacious parking area, allowing for easy access and set-up. The main hall is a versatile space, ideal for dance classes, smaller productions, and exhibitions. It opens onto a patio area and is surrounded by extensive grassed grounds, offering additional flexibility for events and activities.

The 200-seat auditorium offers an intimate and welcoming setting, ideal for touring theatre productions and conferences alike. The Arts Centre also features a range of practice rooms, as well as space perfect for serving interval refreshments. The foyer area can also be used independently for exhibitions and private events.

This light and airy room can comfortably seat 20 delegates and is ideal for training or a business meeting. Classrooms around the campus can also be hired for a small fee.
