This is a chance to gain insight into the philosophy, experience, and passion that underpin the academy, while asking questions and learning more about the player journey.
Families can also book a one-to-one call with a coach to explore the programme in more detail, which can be arranged as part of a wider application through the Admissions team.

Harvey Lewis has over 8 years of coaching experience and holds the FA UEFA B Licence and FA Youth Award. Throughout his coaching journey, he has developed a strong passion for player development and creating an environment where individuals are encouraged, supported and challenged to reach their full potential.
Harvey is committed to developing players both on and off the pitch, recognising that effective coaching goes beyond technical and tactical development. His approach focuses on helping players become the best versions of themselves, while also developing the confidence, discipline, character and mentality required to succeed within football and in life.
Alongside his coaching experience, Harvey has continued to broaden his knowledge of the professional game through strong family connections within football. This has provided him with valuable insight into player recruitment, scouting and the wider player pathway, allowing him to understand the game from multiple perspectives.
His growing experience across coaching, recruitment and scouting has strengthened his overall understanding of the football environment and the different factors involved in supporting players on their journey. We are excited to welcome Harvey to lead the PSG Football Acadmy for the 2026 season.

Mick Brennan brings extensive experience in elite football development to the Ellesmere × PSG Academy UK programme. As the former Director of Football at the IHM Football Academy based at Ellesmere College, Mick has led high-performance programmes and overseen the progression of young players into academy, semi-professional, and international pathways.
Mick’s coaching career includes significant involvement within professional football environments, including work connected to Blackburn Rovers’ academy and performance structures, where he applied advanced coaching methodologies and long-term player development planning. His experience in talent identification, technical coaching, and building holistic athlete programmes ensures that our students receive development aligned with professional standards.
