Ellesmere College Music School Appeal

The Ellesmere Family Quiz will take place on Friday 27th September at 7.00pm, for a 7.30pm start.

Open to everyone, we would ask parents, families, Old Ellesmerians and members of our local community to join us for a fun evening of quizzing! There will also be a hog roast, bar and raffle. There will be wonderful prizes from the raffle, including a Fortnum and Mason hamper. There will also be prizes for the top 3 teams and best team name!

Teams are to consist of 6 - 8 people, tickets are £10 for adults and £5 for children, available from: https://ellesmereconnect.com/quiz.

The College is embarking on a major fundraising initiative to bring the Old Sanatorium back into use at Ellesmere College. The building would become a purpose-built Music School providing dedicated performance and rehearsal space, and centralising the learning opportunities for Music at Ellesmere College.

Director of Music, Anthony Coupe said: ‘It is so exciting to be able to reach out to the whole Ellesmere Community and celebrate Music in every sense. Join us on this fantastic journey!’

The estimated fundraising target for the project is £500,000.

All monies raised would go towards this renovation project and any additional surplus would be spent on fixtures, fittings, equipment and instruments.
