Christmas Tree Lights

This year saw the 21st anniversary of the planting of the Spruce in the quad by His Grace the Duke of Westminster. To honour this, the Parent's Society purchased two ropes of light and held the inaugural Tree Lighting at the end of November. Head of Music, Mr Julian Whitaker conducted the Choir in a rendition of "In the Bleak Midwinter' to a standing room only ceremony. The lights came on as the last chord died away: A truly memorable image. Mulled wine and mince pies were served in Reception and a very jolly party ensued.
