Methods of Payment
Parents Resident in the UK
School fees are payable by direct debit. The College operates 2 schemes, and you are invited to chose whichever scheme will suit you best, either scheme A or scheme B. There is no additional charge for paying by direct debit.
Scheme A: The scheme collects the full balance of the current term’s account on the first day of term.
Scheme B: The Scheme spreads your payments over 9 months of the year – 3 months per term.
The monthly instalments are calculated so that fees are divided by 3. The extras are collected in full in the first instalment. The payments are collected on the 5th of the month, or on the next working day, in the months of September, October and November, January, February and March, and April, May, and June. December, July and August are payment free months.
Parents Not Resident in the UK
School fees are payable in full by the start of each term. Payment should be made by international bank transfer, or by debit or credit card. Direct debit is not available from overseas bank accounts.
International Bank Transfer – A transfer of funds into the College’s bank account (including internet banking) using the details below. It is important that you include your child’s name as the reference in all transactions, as we use this to allocate your payment to the correct account.

All Parents
Debit or Credit Card – We can now accept payment by card, either in person at the Finance Office, or by telephoning the Finance Secretary on the College number. There is no additional charge for payment by debit card. In order to cover the cost of bank charges, when payment is made by credit card a surcharge of 2.0% of the value of the payment will be added at the time of payment.
Fees in Advance Scheme – With a payment of a lump sum to cover two or more years’ school fees, you will receive a guaranteed saving on future school fees. This scheme is administered by The Woodard Corporation.
